Im a youth worker and would love to be able to drive a mini bus but got my license in 2002.How, how much and where can I get a mini bus license in the UK?Depending on where you live, there should be a PCV/HGV driving school somewhere in you area. look them up on the net or yellow pages. First you will need to get a PCV medical form. This can be down loaded from the DVLA web sight, or you can phone them for one.
After you have passed your medical. You can then apply for provisional entitlement PCV on your licence. (group D). You can then take lessons. But you will have to pass a PVC theory test then practical test. Then a new European exam called CPC. All PCV and HGV drivers have to do this exam every 5 years to keep their licence. And it isn't cheap. How, how much and where can I get a mini bus license in the UK?You will need to take a theory and practical test for that class of vehicle.
