What are some of the features in the 'mini netboook notebook laptop' (sorry if i worded that wrong.)
what is different about the mini netbok then a normal laptop?
I will just want it for internet and music purposes... maybe a couple games too :)
is this the rite laptop for me?
Also i am a little confused with the whole wi-fi thing do you get connection WHERE EVER YOU GO? is it built rite into the computer?
any details and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated...What are some of the features of the mini netbook laptop computer?Netbook- Smaller, less powerful, lighter, more portable, better battery life, better for travelling.

Notebook- Screen size of greater than 12". More powerful, heavier, less portable, can handle more demanding applications.

Wifi is something local, like they have at hotels and coffee shops, etc.

You are thinking of 3G, which has much better range and comes through a cellular company. Don't forget that you have to pay a per month fee for this, typically $40, and you are locked into a contract like with a phone.

Both are built in.What are some of the features of the mini netbook laptop computer?Well, you would normally opt for a notebook because you have a budget or for ease of mobility purposes. Notebooks aren't as good as normal laptops, in that aspects of the laptop are compromised in order to get it that compact. Notebooks don't normally have cd/dvd drives and have less input output ports (some which you will probably never use anyway).

But you just want to use it for internet and music, so for that it is perfect.
Wi-fi is wireless internet basically. You have a wireless card built in to your laptop. Most of the new ones have them nowadays. So basically, there are wireless internet signals from hotspots and if you have access to a hotspot, such as your own, you can access it using your built in wireless card. The more you play around with it, the more you will learn.

Have fun!
