My hp mini says system disabled I don't have a cd rom how doi fix it.How do I fix my laptop mini when it says system disabled ?Is it locked? or you have entered a wrong password, that disabled the system. Try to remove the CMOS battery. Turn off your computer, then remove the CMOS battery. a button-like battery ( probably CR2032) for a few minutes then put it back and turn on your computer. See if it works.
