Somebody told me that Opera Mini allows one to surf the net for free. I have Opera Mini on my phone, but everytime I use it, my network charges me their regular internet fee. My configuration settings do not have "OM" (or Opera Mini) as an option, unlike my friend who has the same application on her phone and could use it.
