I'm having trouble facing my fear of a huge implant that is not easily removable. The mini doesn't seem so scary to me. Could they place a mini or two of them in a lower molar? I have not had my tooth extracted yet, but will in a couple of days. It is also decayed pretty bad.Would you go with a two mini implants in a molar site, or a conventional implant?Whether it is a mini or standard it still has to go into your bone. Mini implants are not strong enough to support a molar crown. Plus since they are so thin the final crown will look weird. They may break and you would end up getting a standard implant then. Do it right the first time.
