I love wearing leggings with a long jumper and hiking boots in winter. That's a really classy look. I think they look great under mini skirts and even under some shorts.|||I'm personally not a big fan of the leggings under skirts and things trend. It was OK when it first "came out" but now I just see so many girls who do it and can't pull it off that I'm sick of it. Usually girls wear them under jean skirts and shirt-dresses, at least those are the only ways I think they look okay. Just stick to solid black or other dark colored leggings. No white or sheer or crocheted or patterns pleaaase!
